Mystery Tricks

Like, we’ve got a co-op trick-taking game, man! Are you craving a mystery you can solve with your friends through trick-taking gameplay? This game has you sort a set of cards numerically and pass it to your neighbor. When you get your sorted hand, you can’t look at it, but instead keep it facedown on the table and you’ll have to use deduction to figure out what cards are in your hand.

To help you out in solving the mystery, these cards are marked on the back with what suit they are. Either the gang, monster, suspect, or crime.
You’ll play normal trick-style gameplay until there are 4 unplayed cards in people’s hands. If those 4 cards are each of a different suit, you might be able to win the game! As a final test, you’ll have to correctly name what card is in your hand before revealing it to the group. If everyone names their cards correctly, you win!

To add more difficulty and fun on repeat plays, try one of the mission cards. You’ll play the game the same as you did before, but now you’ll have a goal of how to divide up the trick wins.
